Job Description

Serve as a key point of contact for our partner universities in the US
Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, curriculum delivery, and student support
Build and maintain strong relationships with university faculty and staff
Ensure program compliance with university policies and procedures
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs, from onboarding to completion
Track student progress, identify potential challenges, and implement proactive solutions
Gather and analyze student feedback to improve program effectiveness
Report results, track trends, and identify continuous process improvements for programs
