Program Manager - Foundation Partnerships

As a Program Manager for Foundation Partnerships at PhysicsWallah, your role will involve driving strategic collaborations, managing partnerships with NGOs & CSR foundations, and leading initiatives that create measurable impact in the education sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding NGOs, CSR organizations, and foundations for potential collaboration. - Driving growth for the Foundation Partnerships vertical, aligning it with revenue goals. - Drafting proposals, MOUs, and grant applications to secure funding and sponsorships. - Overseeing the implementation of funded programs to ensure alignment with partner expectations and impact goals. - Maintaining relationships with internal teams, donors, and external partners to drive program success. - Exploring new opportunities to expand PhysicsWallah's Foundation Partnerships vertical. - Tracking program performance, preparing impact reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders. - Representing PW at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance visibility. The qualifications required for this role are: - 3-6 years of experience in partnerships, CSR, fundraising, or program management, preferably in the education sector. - Strong understanding of the NGO, CSR, and education ecosystem in India. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to draft compelling proposals, reports, and presentations. - Hands-on experience with project execution, budgeting, and impact assessment. - Passion for education equity and social impact.
