Program Manager - Finance

Job Summary

The Program Manager - Finance is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple finance-related programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational strategy, financial goals, and regulatory requirements. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines and budgets, mitigates risks, and ensures successful delivery of finance transformation, compliance, and operational improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end finance programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage interdependencies across multiple finance projects (e.g., FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, audit, ERP).
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Finance leadership, IT, Operations, and external vendors to drive program success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear status updates and insights.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve escalations effectively.

Financial & Risk Management

• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance tracking.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory standards.

Governance & Reporting

• Establish program governance structures, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and best practices.

Change & Transformation

• Support finance transformation initiatives such as system implementations, process automation, and operating model changes.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure stakeholder adoption and business readiness.
