Job Description

As the Lead - Student Affairs at the Leading Business School in Gurgaon, your primary responsibility will be to shape student life beyond the classroom through clubs, events, and competitions. You will set the roadmap for student engagement, supervise coordinators, manage budgets and reimbursements, and ensure that all initiatives are impactful, inclusive, and well-governed. Additionally, you will act as the primary escalation point for student queries, ensuring that all activities contribute meaningfully to the undergraduate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the overall student affairs strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. - Oversee career and cultural clubs, guiding student leaders on planning, governance, and financial management. - Lead the design and oversight of student events and competitions, ensuring they are innovative, impactful, and well-executed. - Manage budgets, reimbursements, and student winnings with accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. - Supervise student event coordinators and community managers to ensure seamless execution and professional growth. - Track outcomes, gather feedback, and continuously refine initiatives to enhance student engagement. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related fields. - 4-6 years of experience in student affairs, events, or community engagement. - Strong expertise in budgeting, student engagement, and large-scale activity management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
