Job Summary

The Program Manager will oversee and manage complex programs within the Medicare and Medicaid Claims domain. With a focus on governance communication budgeting resource management and planning the candidate will ensure successful program execution. This hybrid role requires a seasoned professional with 16 to 20 years of experience adept at navigating the intricacies of healthcare claims management.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of programs within the Medicare and Medicaid Claims domain to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee program governance and communication strategies to maintain transparency and stakeholder engagement.
Manage program budgets costs and profitability to ensure financial objectives are met.
Coordinate resource management activities to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop comprehensive program plans that outline scope timelines and deliverables.
Monitor program progress and performance to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success and achieve desired outcomes.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status and key metrics.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards to maintain program integrity.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Utilize technical skills in program governance and communication to enhance program delivery.

Qualifications
