Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems. Preferred qualifications: Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time. Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management and having verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment. Ability to define projects and execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders and ability to deliver projects on time and to budget. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a Program Manager at Google, you lead, multidisciplinary programs. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, setting up operations, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Responsibilities Understand various Google products, tools and processes and leverage them to push machine learning based automation and increase operational efficiencies. Understand develop and collaborate with Engineering and Cross-Product groups to find solutions to optimize and scale human computation micro-tasks on machine learning and imagery curation/moderation pipelines. Deliver critical pieces of analysis and use these to drive new insights and uncover improvement opportunities, identify and implement solutions for Machine learning projects. Partner with the AI Data Infra Eng teams and act as the interface for Operations and delivery teams to support Customer Success.
