Program Manager

We're looking for a Program Manager to lead a Quotes Configuration Project transitioning from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud for a top-tier technology company. This initiative aims to utilize Salesforce Revenue Cloud as much configurable as possible and customize to the need of the client requirements reusing the existing integration APIs and external systems. While executing the project, leverage generative AI for development acceleration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  
• Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  
• Lead stakeholder communication, managing expectations and providing regular progress updates.
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  
• Drive strategic decisions and ensure the solution meets the client's business objectives.
  
• Manage program budget, resources, and scope effectively.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager for large-scale enterprise software implementation projects.
  
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ projects is a significant plus.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience working with senior-level stakeholders.
  
• Ability to manage complex programs with multiple dependencies.
  
• Minimum experience of 8 years and at least 2 years of relevant experience
