Job Description

As the Manager of Administration & Results Processing, your role will involve overseeing assessment data processing, results management, and analytics to ensure data accuracy, exam integrity, and excellent candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating post-exam processing, scoring workflows, data validation, and quality assurance. - Leading data analysts and collaborating with psychometricians for standard setting and item analysis. - Generating and reviewing candidate scorecards, diagnostic reports, and performance summaries. - Ensuring timely, secure, and accurate release of exam results for all certification programs. - Handling escalations related to test incidents, irregularities, and candidate concerns. - Driving process improvements in exam administration and results reporting workflows. - Maintaining documentation of procedures and ensuring compliance with internal standards and data privacy policies. - Leading operational efficiency through workflow transformation, standardization, and automation. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree required; a postgraduate degree is preferred. Professional Experience: - 5 years of experience in assessment development, results processing, and assessment operations. - Familiarity with testing platforms, item banks, and results validation workflows. - Experience coordinating with data analysts, psychometricians, and working with assessment data. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Experience with exam administration systems and reporting tools. - Familiarity with statistical or data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Microsoft List, SQL, Excel, or Python is a plus. Interpersonal Skills: - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve operational issues effectively.
