This role is a part of our Global Talent Development organization, which encompasses global learning and development, talent management, and learning strategies. The Program Manager will partner with a wide range of stakeholders to create and lead learning programs. This role will have a global scope and will flex to drive talent development strategies across all our global locations.
Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct development needs assessments in partnership with GOC Associate Directors to understand the learning and development needs of the GOC vertical organizations
- Research and recommend learning approaches and content to drive vertical development priorities, impacting both teams and leaders at GOC
- Lead the development of technical learning paths for employees around AI, ML, Notebook, etc for employees to increase their knowledge and career options in the long term
- Partnering with the Global GOC Talent Development Leader and the GOC HR community on building scalable training and development solutions across the entire employee lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end programs encompassing initial needs analysis, plan development, socialization, vendor selection and relationship management, follow up surveys, and iteration integrating in learnings
- Partner with GOC’ers in all geographies to implement and execute the development approaches
- Project manage all details of the development programs to ensure program goals are met and exceeded.
- Conduct special projects as needed to evolve the talent development of GOC’ers, Managers and Leaders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of talent development or HR program management experience
- Experience in leadership development and training approaches including needs assessment, program design and program management
- Experience developing end-to-end training and/or talent development programs
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate meetings with cross-region team members and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience rolling out cross-functional programs that affect people, process or technology
- Experience with talent management programs in a large organization
- Experience in startups or setting infrastructure for nascent organizations
- Experience implementing and using Workday HR systems
- Experience using Google Workspace products including Docs, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, etc.
- Creative problem solver with an ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects autonomously and in an organized fashion, balancing the long-term and urgent needs of the team
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly and collaboratively in fast-paced, pressurized and ambiguous environments, maintaining good judgment and the ability to escalate appropriately
