Program Management Professional (Cards Domain) Working Model: Hybrid Contract Duration: 9 Months Number of Openings: 1 Domain: Financial Services We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Management Professional with a strong background in the Cards domain to lead and manage complex technology programs. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans, manage diverse stakeholders, control program finances, and ensure successful delivery within the Financial Services sector. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Translate business and technology vision and strategy into a concrete Plan of Action (PoA). Develop comprehensive business cases for the defined PoA, outlining justification and expected benefits. Define clear, actionable steps to achieve the PoA, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Identify and assess organizational and technical implications of the PoA, proactively addressing potential challenges. Program Management & Governance: Define all necessary management processes to an appropriate level of detail for technology projects within the program. Ensure that the expectations and quality requirements of the program are thoroughly understood and actively managed throughout its lifecycle. Control changes to all program documents, from the initial business case down to individual software modules, maintaining strict version control and governance. Coordinate all activities that contribute to a successful release, ensuring seamless integration and deployment. Stakeholder & Communication Management: Understand and effectively manage the expectations of both Business and IT stakeholders. Interface with all levels within the organization, fostering strong collaborative relationships. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, analyze, resolve, and report program issues in a timely and effective manner. Financial Management: Control, manage, and report on the program's budget and financial performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility. Performance Reporting: Document and report the program's performance rigorously against the established plan, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Required Skills & Experience: Total Years of Experience: 10+ years. Relevant Years of Experience: 6+ years in a Program Management role. Mandatory Skills: Cards domain experience in a Program Management role. Experience with Vision Plus/Client or any other Card management program/system. Domain: Financial Services. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams. Additional Information: Approx. Vendor Billing Rate (excluding service tax): INR 16,500 per day. Work Location: Gurgaon based only. Background Check Process: Before onboarding. Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face meeting.
