Job Description

Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for TechM s internal Data analytics & reporting portfolio, aligning technology initiatives with the organization's business objectives.
Combine Data Lake and BI strategies to effectively capture, store, and analyze data for actionable insights and decision-making.
Build scalable analytical framework to enable enterprise-wide reporting (Sales Analytics, Finance Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Talent Analytics)
Delivery Management:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Simplify access to enterprise relevant data to accelerate the decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Implement the requisite analytics products, solutions, and services
- Oversee the design/production/change for BI Analytics & reporting

IT Service Management: Implement and oversee IT service management practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management, to ensure smooth operations and support for production systems.
Work/collaborate with external vendors globally for projects execution.
Manage budget for Data Analytics portfolio.
Handle changing priorities and provide decisive leadership in complex situations.

Required Skills and Abilities:

A minimum of a bachelor or master s degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience in management, leading programs & team /colleagues.
People management experience with the ability to manage team size of 20-25 members.
Experience in leading analytical tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Qlik.
Extensive experience in BI Analytics, data engineering, and data management with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
Strong understanding of modern data platforms and designs
Experienced in working with large amounts of data, optimizing queries and data pipelines to handle large datasets efficiently.
Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment.
Good presentation, communication (oral & written), relationship-building skills, across all levels of management and internal interactions across various teams/ business units.
Passion for digital, data, and AI and experience working within a digital and data-driven organization.
