Job Description

Popular Education and Action Centre (PEACE) is hiring a Program Facilitator in New Delhi. Please send your CV along with a 1–2 pages writing sample (focused on case studies, training modules, or reports) to admin@peaceactdelhi.org

Key Responsibilities

Plan, conduct, and facilitate training workshops, ensuring seamless execution, including logistics, preparation, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate on finalising and updating training manuals to improve learning outcomes and ensure relevance to field requirements.
Lead and support capacity-building initiatives for Karyakartas, including providing on-the-ground accompaniment support in field areas.
Document the progress and journey of each Community-Based Organization (CBO), capturing key milestones, success stories, and lessons learned.
Provide critical inputs for monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes to enhance program effectiveness.
Identify research needs to inform and strengthen CBO strategies and interventions.

Qualifications and Skills

5–6 years of experience in program implementation, facilitation, and community development.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Willingness and ability to travel for 5–7 days every month for field visits and program support.
