Company Description Welcome to Positive YUVA Network Association! We are a community-based organization dedicated to supporting Careleavers, youth living with HIV (PLHIV) and LGBTQ+ individuals in India. Our mission is to empower every young person to lead fulfilling lives, regardless of their HIV status or sexual orientation. We provide essential support like shelter, employment opportunities, healthcare, and counseling to help vulnerable youth thrive. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Jaipur for a Program Facilitator. The Program Facilitator will be responsible for helpline management, coordinating and facilitating youth programs, providing support services, organizing workshops and events, and engaging with community members. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to create a supportive ecosystem for youth. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in program coordination and facilitationKnowledge of youth development best practicesAbility to work effectively in a team settingEmpathy and understanding of diverse backgroundsFluency in multiple languages is a plusExperience working with marginalized communitiesBachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
