Facilitate program modules in schools, engaging with students to promote mental health awareness and well-being. 2. Managing technology and logistics to ensure smooth execution of program activities. 3. Collaborating closely with the program team to align on objectives and enhance overall program delivery. 4. Attending team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and stay updated on program content and methodologies. 5. Providing timely reports on sessions conducted, including feedback and observations, to support program evaluation and improvement. About Part-time Job/internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Assist in implementing the program in schools by coordinating sessions and supporting facilitators. Assist in technology and logistics for program activities. Create engaging social media content based on psychological insights. Assist in collecting data, analyzing data, and compiling reports for internal evaluation and external communication. Collaborate closely with a dynamic and enthusiastic program team to brainstorm and execute new ideas. Attend regular team meetings and participate in comprehensive training sessions. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in the end-to-end planning of program-related events such as college-based campaigns, awareness sessions, fundraising drives, and community outreach. Coordinate logistics including venue booking, permissions, equipment setup, volunteer management, and event flow. Work with vendors for event supplies, printing materials, refreshments, etc., ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance. Liaise with school authorities, community centers, or partner organizations for collaborative events or awareness programs. Research and identify potential donors, CSR partners, and grant opportunities relevant to mental health, education, and youth development. Assist in creating fundraising proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes for corporate, institutional, or individual donors. Support in drafting donor communication, including thank-you emails, newsletters, and progress updates. Maintain and update a fundraising database with donor contacts, outreach status, and donation records. Help in organizing fundraising events (e.g., charity runs, donation drives, and online campaigns) to mobilize support for Energetix. Attend weekly review meetings at the office to present progress, learn from the team, and receive feedback.
