Oversee course scripting, production, editing, and publishing on internal LMS

Platform & Marketplace Strategy

Launch and optimize courses on platforms like Udemy, Coursera, and others
Ensure compliance with each platform s algorithm, SEO, pricing, and engagement tactics
Drive visibility and discoverability across all channels

Marketing & Distribution

Collaborate with in-house marketing team to craft effective GTM strategies for each course
Guide marketing across paid ads, email funnels, social media, SEO, webinars, and partnerships
Lead affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, and community-building efforts

Operational Excellence

Build scalable workflows for course creation, QA, instructor onboarding, and delivery
Use tools like Notion, Zapier, Google Workspace, and Odoo (or others) to streamline systems
Track KPIs, learner feedback, and make data-driven improvements

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

Leverage your network to bring in top instructors, creators, and collaborators
Forge global partnerships with platforms, content studios, and learning communities
Represent the company in EdTech forums and industry events

Ideal Candidate

5 12 years of experience in EdTech, online learning, or digital product strategy
Proven success launching and scaling courses on LMS, Udemy, Coursera, etc.
Strong understanding of content operations, digital marketing, and learning engagement
Excellent project and people management skills
Deep network in the education, creator, or online learning industry is a huge plus
Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and growth-focused
