Program Coordinator - WIN

As Programme Coordinator at Wadhwani Innovation Network (WIN), you will be responsible for managing and coordinating innovation projects to drive economic growth and sustainable development. Your role will involve working closely with scientific experts and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of programmes that align with WIN's mission. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of innovation projects, developing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring adherence to project goals and deliverables. You will also be responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis, and interpretation of project-related data, maintaining comprehensive databases, and facilitating data-driven decision-making processes. Collaboration with scientific experts, industry partners, and internal teams to drive project success will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations, as well as serve as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative programmes that address key challenges in the field and monitor industry trends to inform programme strategy. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering with a management background and a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and innovation management. You should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in data management and analysis tools. Experience in a research or scientific setting, familiarity with innovation ecosystems and entrepreneurship, and a Master's degree with a management qualification will be preferred.
