Contract: 6 Months (Contractual)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the effective implementation of our educational program in Bhopal. The candidate will serve as a liaison between teachers, DIET incharges, Square Panda’s IT team, and SIEMAT, ensuring smooth operations, data tracking, and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Share and discuss daily dashboards with teachers and DIET Incharges.
• Coordinate with Square Panda’s IT team to resolve teacher issues promptly.
• Send daily program updates to SIEMAT.
• Follow up with teachers needing progress support.
• Mentor each teacher for at least 30 minutes weekly.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Education/Social Work preferred).
• 2+ years of coordination experience, preferably in education.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and basic data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
