The duties and responsibilities for the position of Program Coordinator include: - Assisting the management team in ideating, improving, and building curriculum, formats, and assessment techniques to enhance impact evaluation and establishing collaborations for program development. - Managing student admissions, volunteer onboarding, orientation, training, feedback, and related documentation according to the organization's requirements. - Attending all review meetings and training organized by SAC. - Providing timely reports to the management team on programs, educators, beneficiaries, impact, or any other relevant aspects. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies: - Understanding of the education sector, beneficiary segment, and key players. - Strong oral and written communication skills in English with a working knowledge of Hindi. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva with excellent report writing capabilities. - Being a team player with the ability to motivate and influence others, strong work ethics, and personal integrity. - Passion for working with children, driving positive change, possessing strong implementation skills, and maintaining a positive attitude. Qualifications and experience required for the role: - Minimum Graduate degree, preferably in Education, Social Work, or related fields. - 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in similar roles, preferably in the FLN space.
