The duties and responsibilities for the position of Program Coordinator include: - Assisting the management team in ideating, improving, and building curriculum, formats, and assessment techniques to enhance impact evaluation and establishing collaborations for program development. - Managing student admissions, volunteer onboarding, orientation, training, feedback, and related documentation according to the organization's requirements. - Attending all review meetings and training organized by SAC. - Providing timely reports to the management team on programs, educators, beneficiaries, impact, or any other relevant aspects.
