Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee and manage multiple overseas educational tours (ranging from 4 to 10 days in duration, conducted across different countries) and projects organized by Eduquest across various countries.

● Coordinate with international organizing teams, partner schools, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programs.

● Act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and school representatives—addressing queries with professionalism and empathy.

● Maintain clear communication across all channels—email, phone, and in-person—with excellent spoken and written English.

● Prepare and manage tour-related documentation, schedules, and logistics using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.

● Ensure timely updates and reporting on project progress, budgets, and feedback.

● Travel internationally with student groups when required, ensuring safety, engagement, and smooth coordination throughout the tour.

● Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program delivery and improve the participant experience.

● Handle unexpected challenges with calm, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related field).

● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in program coordination, travel management, or educational services.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools.

● Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently.

● Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as per program needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
