Role Overview The Programs Lead will anchor Lakshya’s youth and women empowerment programs, ensuring high-quality design, implementation, and impact. This role requires a leader who can blend empathy with execution — driving the vision on the ground, mentoring facilitators, and ensuring every participant experiences transformation through Lakshya’s approach of self-awareness, skilling, and social responsibility. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee program design, delivery, and evaluation across Lakshya’s core initiatives: youth training, women empowerment, and community leadership. Collaborate with curriculum, M&E, and communication teams to strengthen impact and storytelling. Design and conduct training sessions for facilitators, community trainers, and youth mentors. Build strong partnerships with government departments, corporate CSR teams, and community networks to expand outreach and resources. Develop systems and processes for program monitoring, data tracking, and continuous improvement. Support in impact documentation, case studies, and donor reporting. Mentor the program team with clarity, care, and accountability to uphold Lakshya’s values of empathy, equality, and excellence. Ensure smooth coordination between field teams, management, and external partners. Represent Lakshya in partner meetings, conferences, and collaborative platforms. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, training, or youth development (non-negotiable). Strong understanding of life skills, employability, and emotional learning approaches. Proven track record of leading teams, managing multiple projects, and meeting program goals. Experience in curriculum development and conducting training sessions.
