Job Description

Note : This is an off roll contractual role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule learning sessions, workshops, and hackathons under the Gen AI program.
  • Support in change management activities and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage program documentation, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate data records and prepare reports using Excel.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership for smooth program execution.
  • Provide regular program updates and maintain central repositories for all communications and reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, learning & development, or change management.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, data management, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of ownership and attention to detail.
