Position: Deputy Manager / Manager Supply Chain Finance Location: Nashik Desired Candidate : MBA (Finance) / CA / CA Intern with 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance within the banking or manufacturing sector Role Summary: The role involves leading and managing supply chain finance initiatives across domestic and export operations. The objective is to ensure effective structuring, execution, and monitoring of financing programs that enhance working capital efficiency, reduce cost of capital, and improve liquidity for Sahyadri Farms and its associated vendors. Key Responsibilities: Design & Implement Financing Programs: Develop and implement tailored supply chain finance structures including receivables discounting, payables financing, inventory financing, export factoring, import LC discounting, TReDS platforms, and fintech-based financing products. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with banks, NBFCs, fintech platforms, buyers, and suppliers to create and operationalize suitable financing models. Vendor Financing: Structure financing solutions for suppliers to enable timely payments, improve working capital cycles, and reduce overall finance costs. Program Execution: Oversee daily operations including documentation, invoicing, drawdowns, collections, reconciliations, and reporting related to financing programs. Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit norms, and regulatory frameworks for all supply chain financing activities. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor the performance of financing programs, track utilization and cost of funds, and recommend process or cost optimizations.

Role & responsibilities A. Project Planning & Design Prepare electrical design, layouts, SLDs, load calculations, cable schedules, and BOQ. Select appropriate electrical equipment (motors, MCC panels, VFDs, PLC-controlled systems, sensors, compressors, utilities). Review plant layout to ensure proper electrical power distribution for food-grade machinery. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments for technical reviews. B. Installation & Execution Supervise installation of electrical systems for new production lines, utilities, packaging lines, cold storage, HVAC, and material handling systems. Ensure proper installation of electrical panels, wiring, earthing, lighting, DG sets, transformers, and UPS systems. C. Commissioning Support testing & commissioning of electrical systems for processing lines (pasteurizers, evaporators, spray dryers, filling lines, CIP/SIP systems). Troubleshoot automation and instrumentation issues during commissioning. Ensure smooth handover to production and maintenance team D. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards (IEC, IS, NFPA) Maintain compliance related to FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and food plant safety protocols. Conduct risk assessments and prepare necessary documentation. E. Project Monitoring & Reporting Prepare project schedules, track progress, and report delays/risks. Manage costs as per budget, prepare MIS reports, and maintain project documentation. Coordinate with procurement for vendor finalization and technical evaluations. Preferred candidate profile Relevant experience of minimum 3 years
