Progammactic Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Campaign Management:

  Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Xandr, etc. Ensure campaigns are set up accurately with correct targeting, budgets, pacing, and KPIs.

• Optimization & Performance:

  Monitor daily performance and optimize towards client goals (CPA, ROAS, brand lift, etc.). Leverage audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative testing to maximize results.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  Provide in-depth analysis of campaign performance and deliver actionable insights. Develop dashboards and reports highlighting trends, opportunities, and recommendations.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with internal teams (account management, strategy, analytics, and creative) to ensure seamless execution. Support junior analysts by providing training, mentorship, and quality assurance.

• Innovation & Best Practices:

  Stay updated with programmatic trends, ad tech innovations, and privacy regulations. Recommend and implement testing frameworks (A/B tests, incrementality, attribution models).

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience:

  3 - 5+ years in programmatic advertising, digital media, or ad operations.

• Technical Expertise:

  Strong knowledge of DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.), Google Campaign Manager (CM360), and ad verification tools.

• Analytical Skills:

  Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI).

• Knowledge:

  Solid understanding of attribution, audience strategies, and digital measurement frameworks.

• Soft Skills:

  Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bonus:

  Experience with scripting/automation (Python, SQL) or advanced analytics is a plus.
