Job Description

Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google
Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Develop targeted audience segments and apply data-driven strategies to improve
campaign performance.
Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure efficient spending.
Analyze campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend optimisations.
Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad creatives and copy.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, targeting, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
Stay updated on latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and paid media.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Meta Campaigns, Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and YouTube
Ads.
Proficient in campaign tracking, analytics tools like Google Analytics, and pixel
implementation.
Ability to analyse data and deliver actionable insights.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Willingness to commit to a 2-year bond with Trafficomm
