Job Summary:

We are seeking qualified and dedicated faculty members to join the School of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at MNR Medical College. The selected candidates will play a key role in teaching, research, and clinical practice. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals committed to academic excellence and student success.

Educational Qualifications:

• MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) is mandatory
• Ph.D. in Physiotherapy or related field is preferred and desirable

Experience Requirements:

• Professor: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/clinical experience, including at least 5 years as an Associate Professor
• Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of teaching/research/clinical experience in a recognized institution
• Assistant Professor: 2–5 years of academic or clinical experience preferred; freshers with strong academic background may also be considered

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and clinical training to undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Guide student research and academic projects
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning
• Engage in clinical practice, community health initiatives, and outreach programs
• Participate in departmental administration, accreditation processes (NAAC/NABH), and faculty development
• Publish research in indexed journals and attend academic conferences
• Mentor and support students in academic and professional development
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other medical departments

Key Skills:

• Strong academic and clinical knowledge in core areas of physiotherapy
• Excellent teaching and communication skills
• Research-oriented mindset with publication record (preferred for higher roles)
• Leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory bodies (UGC, INC, NAAC, etc.)
• Proficient in using digital tools for teaching and evaluation
