As a Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain processes. For the past four years, we has successfully utilized RapidResponse for Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), and Master Production Scheduling (MPS). Our RapidResponse solution is seamlessly integrated with our ERP system, JD Edwards, which is maintained and developed internally at Volvo.

With extensive experience in planning, supply chain management, configuration, and authoring within the RapidResponse platform, you are well-equipped to contribute to our initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with Architects to develop features that align with Volvo and Kinaxis best practices.
Design and implement stable, maintainable solutions that enhance our operations.
Work effectively within an agile team environment.
Bring your expertise in discrete manufacturing to the forefront of our projects.

You should have:

Proficiency in supply planning.
Experience with pool management.
Knowledge of attribute-based planning.
Familiarity with closed-loop design patterns.
Expertise in configuration and algorithms.
Ability to author resources and automate tasks effectively
