Professional Services Solutions Architect - India

As a Solution Architect at Tungsten Automation Corporation, your role is crucial in ensuring the integrity of the architecture, functional solution design, and technical development to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. You will also mentor consultants and assist other Solution Architects in familiarizing themselves with the suite of products and implementation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the integrity of solution design, development, and quality of assigned projects, meeting client business needs and implementation standards - Own resolution of technical and product issues on projects from engagement to go-live - Utilize best practices and consistent delivery approaches on projects - Provide input to Project Managers on project planning and estimating efforts - Drive the structure of work and produce deliverables aligning with project scope and budget - Conduct design reviews and ensure projects adhere to development standards - Participate in developing solutions owned by Professional Services - Create high-quality solution design and documentation - Translate client requirements creatively into available products and identify gaps - Manage client expectations and ensure successful sign-off of design - Conduct code reviews and oversee Consultants to ensure consistency with solution design and implementation standards - Mentor Consultants and Solution Architects in technical and product knowledge - Manage time across multiple projects effectively - Identify and create reusable assets to enhance delivery efficiency - Communicate risks and benefits of design options to diverse technical audiences - Assist in business development efforts for solution scope and estimation Required Skills: - 10+ years of solution development experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills for global interactions - Multiple language skills are a plus - Ability to lead Consultants of all levels - Strong technical implementation and documentation skills - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget - Willingness to work alternative shifts and travel to customer locations as needed Required Experience: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field - Experience with Tungsten Automation Corporation or equivalent products - 3-5 years experience in a solution architect role - Knowledge of key architectural components and scope estimation - Demonstrated ability to create reusable assets and lead design processes - Proficiency in communicating product functionality and fitting client requirements - Ability to mentor junior resources effectively Tungsten Automation Corporation, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Vets.
