Job Description


  • Design, implement, and manage ad campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms with a focus on maximizing ROAS.
  • Continuously test and optimize ads and targeting strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing spend.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to understand ROI and make informed decisions on ad spend.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall marketing objectives and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising to keep ahead in a competitive market.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across platforms.

Technology :

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a ROAS of 5 or higher on significant ad spend.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform insights.
  • Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad optimization.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Qualification :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience required :

1-4 years.
