Production Support Engineer (Electronics)

Qualification : Diploma in Electronics, ECE .. ITI - Electronics

Experience : 2 to 3 years

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing technical and operational support to production lines in an EMS environment. The role involves assisting in PCB assembly, testing, debugging, and ensuring smooth production flow with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day production activities for PCB assembly, box build, and testing.

Monitor production lines, identify process issues, and coordinate with engineers for corrective action.

Handle SMD and through-hole components during rework and assembly.

Assist in machine setup and preventive maintenance (Pick & Place, Reflow, Wave soldering).

Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Maintain production reports and assist in root cause analysis for line stoppages.

Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth workflow.

Follow ESD and safety practices during all operations.

Provide first-level troubleshooting for production equipment and jigs.

Support in implementing process improvements and new product introductions (NPI).

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with PCB assembly and soldering (SMD & THT).

Basic understanding of electronics components and circuits.

Familiarity with test jigs, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.

Knowledge of EMS production flow (SMT, manual assembly, testing, packing).

Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and work instructions.

Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
