Job Description

About The Role
Must-Have

At least 4 years of development or production support experience in PL/SQL.

Strong background in software development & maintenance to support business requirements and projects.

Ability to debug code for complex issues and perform data troubleshooting.

Strong communication, coordination, and customer interaction skills.

Very good understanding of incident management lifecycle and adherence to SLAs.

Willingness to work in a shift model.

Self-learner with initiative and proactiveness (problem solving skills).

Good-to-Have

Experience in Agile delivery framework.

Experience with DevOps tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Nexus, UrbanCode, GitHub, etc.

Good knowledge of incident management tools like ServiceNow.

Understanding of Capital Market domain and Investment Financial Services Applications.

Willingness to learn new tools and technologies required for the project.

Experience in SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.

Python scripting.

PowerBI.

Experience with automation tools (e.g., IBM Urbancode – UCD).
