Job Description: Production Supervisor – Bakery Industry

Location: Brahman Pipliya, Indore
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-time)
Industry: Bakery / Food Manufacturing
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (Bakery industry only)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor from the bakery or food manufacturing industry to oversee daily production activities at our Indore unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production supervision, team management, and process control in a food or bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Manage a team of workers and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor.
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Inventory departments for smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily production and attendance reports in MS Excel or ERP.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery / food production supervision.
• Strong knowledge of bakery production processes (mixing, baking, packaging, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
• Diploma or Graduate in Food Technology / Production / Mechanical / relevant field.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
