Production Supervisor

We are looking for a T-Shirt Production Follow-up Coordinator to oversee the entire production process, from sample creation to bulk production, printing & embroidery, quality inspection, and dispatch coordination. The role requires effective communication and coordination with production teams, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sample & Bulk Follow-up:

Ensure the timely production of samples and bulk orders

• Printing & Embroidery Follow-up:

Oversee the printing and embroidery stages of the T-shirt production, ensuring quality and timely completion..

• Dispatch Coordination:

Ensure timely packaging and dispatch of completed orders.

• Provide daily/weekly production progress reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in T-shirt production, especially in follow-up and quality inspection roles.
• Understanding of printing and embroidery techniques and quality standards.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with vendors, production teams, and customers.
• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
• Ability to travel to production sites and vendor locations as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• 2 Wheeler Licence (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
