We are looking for a T-Shirt Production Follow-up Coordinator to oversee the entire production process, from sample creation to bulk production, printing & embroidery, quality inspection, and dispatch coordination. The role requires effective communication and coordination with production teams, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production and timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Sample & Bulk Follow-up: Ensure the timely production of samples and bulk orders Printing & Embroidery Follow-up: Oversee the printing and embroidery stages of the T-shirt production, ensuring quality and timely completion.. Dispatch Coordination: Ensure timely packaging and dispatch of completed orders. Provide daily/weekly production progress reports to management. Qualifications: Previous experience in T-shirt production, especially in follow-up and quality inspection roles. Understanding of printing and embroidery techniques and quality standards. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with vendors, production teams, and customers. Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory). Ability to travel to production sites and vendor locations as required.
