Job Description:We are hiring a Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations. The role includes supervising the production team, ensuring quality, meeting production targets, and maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage production activities on the shop floor. Ensure timely completion of production as per schedule. Maintain product quality and compliance with company standards. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams. Train and motivate workers for productivity improvement. Maintain production records and reports. Ensure safety and 5S/housekeeping compliance. Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering. 2–3 years of production supervision experience. Strong technical knowledge of machinery and production processes.
