Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Hyderabad. The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensure adherence to production schedules, manage resources, and maintain operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, coordinating with teams to meet deadlines, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Expertise in Production Management with a focus on maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with teams, management, and stakeholders
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving processes
