Production Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring production schedules are met, optimizing production processes, and managing workflow to maximize efficiency. Your role will involve planning, organizing, directing, and running day-to-day operations to exceed customers" expectations. Additionally, you will work towards increasing production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Responsibility for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping - Implementing strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and providing a clear sense of direction and focus - Building a trusting relationship with the workgroup, recruiting, managing, and developing plant staff - Collecting and analyzing data to identify areas of waste or overtime - Analyzing production costs, identifying cost drivers, and implementing strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality - Developing systems and processes to track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets - Staying up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts - Participating in plant expansion, equipment repair or replacement as needed - Monitoring and testing various plant processes - Developing a preventive maintenance program - Setting performance goals and expectations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3 years of total work experience preferred - Experience in manufacturing for at least 4 years preferred - Shift availability for day and night shifts preferred Please note that the job types available are full-time and permanent. The work location is Malegao Saoner with benefits including health insurance, provident fund, paid time off, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The schedule includes day shift, morning shift, rotational shift, and weekend availability.,
