Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Ahmedabad. The Production Supervisor will oversee production processes, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure production schedules are adhered to effectively. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, maintaining optimal production efficiency, coordinating production planning activities, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and motivate teams
Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of outputs
Solid understanding of Production Management processes and strategies
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in the chemical manufacturing industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant field preferred
