What You’ll Do

Lead with Impact:

• Supervise and mentor production teams to achieve daily manufacturing goals

• Schedule and assign personnel while monitoring progress and resolving challenges

• Coach, counsel, and develop team members to reach their full potential

Drive Results:

• Monitor and optimize workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs

• Ensure products meet quality standards before shipment with accurate labeling and documentation

• Analyze production data and implement improvements that make a difference

Maintain Excellence:

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment

• Coordinate equipment repairs and evaluate new technologies

• Build strong relationships with team members and union representatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 2-3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience with supervisory background

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Problem-solver mindset with excellent attention to detail

• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
