Job Description:
We are looking for an Operations Executive / Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow in our textile manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing production operations and coordinating with different departments to meet quality and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and workforce on the shop floor
• Ensure production schedules are met as per targets and timelines
• Maintain quality standards and minimize production wastage
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams for smooth operations
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management review
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, efficient work environment

Qualification & Skills:

• Diploma / Degree in Textile / Mechanical / Production / Any Relevant Field
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)
