Production Supervisor (Fabrication)

As a Production Supervisor (Fabrication), you will be responsible for supervising daily production activities in the workshop. You will manage a team of operators and welders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of fabricated components while maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, supervise, and execute daily fabrication production schedules. - Allocate tasks to welders, fabricators, machine operators, and helpers. - Ensure adherence to drawings, process specifications, and quality standards. - Monitor material availability and coordinate with stores/purchase for requirements. - Supervise welding, cutting, bending, fitting, and assembly processes. - Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer and company standards. - Identify process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste. - Maintain production records, daily reports, and shift handovers. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve production targets. Qualifications Required: - 3-8 years of experience in the production and fabrication industry. - Strong knowledge of fabrication processes such as welding, cutting, bending, fitting, and machining. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. - Hands-on experience with production planning and resource allocation. - Good leadership and team management skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. - Basic knowledge of quality standards such as ISO, ASME, etc. - Knowledge of safety protocols in fabrication workshops.
