Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate shifts to optimize machine utilization, minimize downtime, and maintain quality standards.
Manage manpower handling by allocating tasks effectively, providing guidance to team members, and addressing performance issues.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment throughout the production process.
Monitor shift planning activities to ensure timely completion of tasks within budget constraints.
Oversee daily production operations on the shop floor, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity targets.
