Production Supervisor

Our clientele, mostly being mid-to-large scale food, beverage, pharmaceutical and hospitality enterprise. We are a trusted source of benchmarked quality products and customer-centric services.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor with experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met, and leading a team of operators and workers on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily production operations on the shop floor.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, FSSAI, GMP, etc.).
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Train and mentor production staff, ensuring SOP compliance.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a supervisor in the food manufacturing/processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, and HACCP protocols.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of production machinery and equipment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in food safety or production management.
• Experience in [e.g., frozen foods, dairy, beverages – specify if relevant].

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,829.53 - ₹33,933.64 per month
