1)To monitor In and Out ratio of , Raw material and , all process outsourced vendors and suppliers

2) To check and optimise efficiency of assembly line

3)Taking regular meetings with quality team and production team to eliminate quality bottlnecks

4)Mastering production process through deep working with existing production team

5) Maintaining discipline in the organisation and implementing standard operation procedures and systems and to prohibit any deviations from SOP..

6) Prepare and allign data from various departments for Material Audit and Quality Audit by 3rd party Auditors

7) Cordinating with production input outsource vendors for timely delivery of components , given for production outside the organisation , Taking regular quality report of such components from quality team and make changes with the vendors

8) Taking time to time reports of molds maintenance and other machinery maintenance to keep the production process in smooth running

9) Appointing new vendors necessary for production and machinery maintenance , as and when required

10) Hiring new labour and workers , directly or through contractor when ever required

10)Preparing Monthly production targets , timeline and product wise to maintain minimum inventory product wise around the month Handover of finish goods , quality approved to FGDiv and maintaining a record of time to time handovers

11) Drive and innovate systematic automation where ever possible , to cut cost and improve quality

Requirement:

Graduate

10 yrs of relevant experience plastic moulding industry

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
