Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Visakhapatnam.

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities including cutting, stitching, finishing, and ironing.
Maintain attendance discipline among machine operators and helpers.
Monitor performance of each operator and ensure output meets required standards.
Coordinate with pattern master and cutting master for smooth workflow.
Ensure timely delivery of production targets.
Maintain stock of raw material and accessories – prevent any misuse or theft.
Report daily production updates to management.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the unit.
Build a culture of responsibility and professionalism within the team.

What We Expect:

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to maintain authority without being aggressive.
Prior experience in managing or resetting a struggling unit is a plus.
Understanding of basic compliance and safety.
Should be honest, accountable, and trustworthy.

Qualifications

Any Degree will be welcomed ( If you have 3+ years of work experience in a Garment Production unit )
