Production Shift Incharge

Role & responsibilities

• We are seeking a Shift Incharge Production to oversee and manage production operations during assigned shifts in our plastic wash line and extrusion unit.
• The role ensures smooth running of machinery, achievement of production targets, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and control production activities on the shop floor./Monitor machine performance, material flow, and manpower allocation.

Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are met/ Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and utility teams to minimize downtime.

Implement shift schedules, ensure discipline, and maintain safety practices.

Record daily production, downtime, and shift reports for management review.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of production planning, process parameters, and shop floor safety.

The Shift Incharge will report to the Production Manager / Plant Head and play a critical role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production operation
