Should Liason with Customer in meeting their On Time delivery requirements
Overall monitoring of Production Planning & Scheduling, Manufacturing Activities & Plant Maintenance
Optimization of Resources Manpower, Material & Machines Organizing Work Flow to meet Customer Specification & timelines
Ensure Process Outputs meets customer Quality Standards /
Expectations Motivating & driving the Working to enforce good manufacturing practices & 5S Enhancing KPI performances through Continual Improvement Team Building , Skill Assesment, Job Rotation Effectively Conducting of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production Meetings
Reporting to Top Management Should posses commanding & fluent English Communication with Positive Attitude Should have in depth knowledge in Production Planning, Scheduling, Controlling & Co-ordinating
Should posses Strong Self Drive, Energetic , Proactive & Result Oriented Process Knowledge of CNC Turret Punching, CNC Bending, MIG, TIG Welding, Powder Coating, Assembly Should Posses Knowledge of reporting key Production Metrics to Top Manangement Key Performance Indicators Monitoring & Presentation
Implementation knowledge of ISO 900
