Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Planning and Control Engineer at United Mecha Tech Pvt. Ltd. located in Pune. The engineer will be responsible for creating and monitoring production schedules, ensuring that production plans are followed, and overseeing production processes to ensure they are efficient and effective. Other day-to-day tasks include analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow, and ensuring production targets are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications/Skills

• Skilled in AutoCAD Drafting
• Good knowledge of APQP, PPAP & CAPA
• Good knowledge of CNC, VMC & HBM/HMC
• Good knowledge of cutting tools
• Proefficient in MS Excel
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools

Responsible for:

• Preparing PPAP Documentation
• Preparing APQP & CAPA documentation
• Process plan Designing (CNC,VMC,HBM/HMC Process)
• Generating Inspection Reports (PDIR, In process Inspection Reports)
• Efficiently drafting in AutoCAD, detailing, section with BOM, GD & T, Machining Symbols,etc.
• Cost calculation of New developments.
