Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boisar for a Production Officer. The Production Officer will oversee manufacturing processes, monitor quality standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising team members, ensuring safety protocols in production areas, and reporting on productivity and operational efficiency. The role will also involve training staff, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Manufacturing processes
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and develop staff capabilities
• Familiarity with the API Industry or pharmaceutical manufacturing practices
• Research capabilities to improve production processes and solve operational challenges
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field
• Experience in the Hydrogenation & DCS is a plus
