Production Officer

As a Production Officer with API manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing day-to-day production activities in the API manufacturing unit. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that production processes are conducted in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will be responsible for monitoring production schedules to ensure timely completion of production targets and troubleshooting any production-related issues or deviations that may arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with quality control and quality assurance teams to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance. Maintaining accurate production records and documentation, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for training and supervising production staff, ensuring their adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc/M.Sc) along with 1-4 years of experience in API manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in production processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
