Officer Maintenance

Candidate must have experience in API manufacturing Qualification - B.E Mechanical only Experience - 2-5 years in maintenance Routine maintenance tasks on production equipment and machinery according to established schedules and procedures. Preventive maintenance inspection and maintain accurate records to ensure equipment reliability. Handling of Preventive Maintenance as per Schedule and Breakdown of Equipment and Utility Equipment in consultation with Senior Engineer. Maintain the records as per SOP. To ensure Operation and Maintenance of Utilities and HVAC as per user requirement to maintain healthy condition. To maintain Engineering documentation like SOP, Qualification and Validation (HVAC and Equipment), PM Schedule, Calibration Schedule and other GMP documentation. To make sure that deviations (if any) are reported. To e aluate changes in general system, facilities and/or Equipment. To make sure that new arid when appropriate facilities and Equipment are qualified. To manage Mechanical Spares and inventory control. To ensure Safety procedures and Work Permit system for all Engineering activities. To ensure Operation and Maintenance of Purified Water System and Water System to maintain healthy condition. To maintain History Card of API, Utility and HVAC Equipment. To provide support to User department for routine activities and Job Cards in consultation with Senior Engineer. To prepare Annual Preventive Maintenance and Filter cleaning Schedule. To perform HVAC Validation and Calibration activity. To restart the required utilities and HVAC after Power failure / Power resume.
